Topo Seal\u00a0 regroups \u00a0active anti-adhesive elements with very low surface polarity. It is applied and impregnated into the surface of the metal parts and, in a second step, \u00a0fixed by a chemical and thermal process.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0This coating acts as protection and gives hydrophobic properties to the treated parts.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0It remains active throughout the mould\u2019s \u00a0lifetime \u00a0and does not cause any change in its shape.<\/em><\/p>\n

Based on the many positive results of the Topo Seal coating, IMS Precision \u00a0developed a new-generation mould release agent that is resistant to high temperatures<\/em><\/p>\n

During the formulation of this agent, the constraints associated with the processing of elastomers and plastics (epoxy resin) were taken into account. <\/em><\/p>\n

Spray without solvent, non-toxic and without dermatological effects.<\/em><\/p>\n
